This is not he brightest BOC in Dekalb history.
Never see a paid Holiday again. Wonder what that does to recruit new officers no pay raises , no paid holidays and probably years before you top your pay scale. It now takes 10 years to top your officer pay scale for MPO's.

10 years? Without raises, how do we ever top out?
Mr. Ellis your staff is large enough to gather the information you need and make the decisions you must make, the BOC needs to get on board with saving the county money. Smaller government must start at the local level, including personal staff.

That's a fact Jack and it cost the pension $30 MILLION in addition to the extra monthly burden. Our politicians fail us as usual but our so called pension reps are empty suit slackers for allowing it to happen and usless to boot for their lack of representation to those who elected them. A joke.

So my question is- Say person was 10-42'd when Holy "Obrien" was cleaning house, (trying to prove a point, that he is cleaning up Bolton's mess) Can said person get their job back? Since the County is hiring now. Guess it's all in who you know.
