Arrest Made For The Homicide Of Retired Lieutenant Elgin Daniel
Ruben Marin-Garibay, 43, of Stockbridge, was arrested Tuesday and charged him with vehicular homicide, serious injury by vehicle, failure to maintain lane and hit & run.
