Why does the CEO keep her around, she wants to leave then just get rid of her. she is why so many officers are leaving and why morale is at an all-time low.
All Police Chiefs are the appointed political tokens to do whatever the Mayors ,County Chairman’s whatever they have on their agendas. It’s all about their personal beliefs and political views to benefit them to keep them in office. I don’t think we will ever have a real Chief that follows laws and true direction of law enforcement. The people that surround the CEO of DeKalb kiss his ass , just look at the graduation ceremony of the police class 125.
CEO Thurmond praises the current Chief on the graduation of this class while she is trying to leave and go another department.
Can anyone answer why she wants to leave?
Chief Cardi b needs to go, she has ruined this department. she can take her boy toy curtis williams with her.
I think golden is one of her lapdogs, or boy toys as well as Curtis Williams, he gets away with anything he wants.

Is this why you never see traffic stops occurring in this county? I mean it's a baited field out there no one seems concerned with doing anything about.
Traffic stops are only important in school zones. While I285,20 85 are a free for all.

Is your command staff and elected officials unfamiliar with negligent staffing tort and the punitive lawsuits that usually follow from incidents that arise from such scenarios?
You mean to tell me Sgts, Its, etc. don't see ONE citable traffic violation on these interstates in the course of their daily travels? COME ON MAN!
