HERE HERE! Amen amen and amen. I think you have hit the nail on the head. I still love most of the people, I just can't stand political grandstanding by CEOs, Commissioners, or Chiefs. There is such a real, large disconnect from the politicians and the fourth floor at HQ to the officer on the street. The lack of understanding & perspective is overwhelming.
