The Big Tuna Responds to "Dekalb Law Makers"......

This is smoke and mirror stuff to cloud the issues. ALL of the other cities were incorporated this way and none had any DOJ problems. Click Here for the link to the Sandy Springs vote in the State House.

Response to Tuna:

Yes, please do refer back to Johns Creek, Sandy Springs et, al. The entire house supported those measures because they were supported first by their home delegations. Those delegations adhered to the home-rule, then the entire house voted, as they do on local bills. The problem arose when Rep. Millar side stepped the delegation who overwhelmingly opposed, and put the bill forth as state legislation.

Perhaps a city of Dunwoody would be greener pastures for some of you to work but for the citizens of unincorporated DeKalb it would be a costly measure, not only for our PD but for the tax digest.
