G.R. Horner has been promoted to Deputy Chief, he is no longer acting.
Acting Deputy Chief Harrell has been promoted to Assistant Chief.

Not quite yet. A new Deputy Chief for District 2 will need to be named along with permanent Majors at South and Tucker precinct. Naturally South and Tucker are your busiest precincts so they obviously don't need majors.
