At least the court system still upholds JUSTICE. They won't to recant their prior statements. I wonder why?

They only started to recant their stories last year. After 18 years of appeals, the defense found out that they are out of other avenues so they are trying anything and everything to keep this cop killer from being brought to justice. They have gotten Amnisty International and NAACP involved. Nobody was even given a chance to be behind Mark. He was murdered in cold blood. I hope Mark will be able to rest in peace on 9/23/08

If this guy killed Mark, I hope they find the evidence they need to put a cop killer to death. If this guy did not kill Mark, I really hope they find the killer and put him to death. I hope our courts make the right decision. Im glad the courts decided to look at the evidence again

The US Supreme Court was apparently too busy to get to our case today, so the word is, we should have their decision by 10/06/2008.
The FOP9 site
http://www.fop9.net
has more case myths posted as of today.
Again, thanks so much for all of the support and fabulous emails we have received. /The MacPhail Family

The truth is simpler than you are hearing. The "new evidence" was available 10 years ago, the pardons and parole board spent a year reviewing his case prior to 2009, and 7 witnesses have not recanted. Take a look at the latest post on my blog, www.bluelinelawyer.com. I included a summary of the procedural review Troy Davis received in the past 20 years. Stay safe.
