Too bad we don't know what the breakdown is.....media, dekalb residents, disappointed officers, officers considering Dekalb, staff members from Burrell Ellis' office!
I am loving this site. Can anyone tell me why in the world we have 11 chiefs and one civilian with a chief's power and the county has gone to hell. When just 5 years ago we had only 5 chiefs and we were the envy of all other police departments. I say fire them all and bring back the last chief who actually cam up through the ranks in Dekalb. Chief Moody. Lets not just hire someone who would not have made it past the rank of lieutient from Atlanta. I wonder how many officers will leave to go work for the new city of Dunwoody. This county and come to a grinding stop with the incompetence leadership from the pathetic excuse for a command staff we have. I can not wait to see who the new chief will be, because lets all be honest it can not get any worst than it already is here in Dekalb.
Oh but my friend it will get worse.. They will not stop till the county is run into the ground (history has proven it time and time again).Then the one's who put it there will pack up and leave town...You can count on that my friend...
