I wonder what it costs the police department to have all these Command Uniforms every few months? With all these promotions and demotions and this requires these so call COMMAND UNIFORMS for the commanders.
Where are all the Murder Buses? They have been missing for months now.
I am sure with the short fall of the budget, Horner will be pushing to abuse the public like he always has, via "more traffic tickets"
This way he can make a name for himself and "generate" revenue for the county.
Why don't we think about down sizing the Chief's fleet of cars and sell the motor homes?
It sounds like CEO Ellis is trying to do the right thing but he has his work cut out for him.
