While Bolton’s termination hearing is looming, we have learn not only did he violate Georgia law by refusing to pay taxes on his RV; he also refuses to pay real estate taxes.
Good ole Terrell owns a few pieces of property in Dallas County Texas. According to records, he has refused to pay his property taxes for 2007. The county retained a lawyer to serve TeBo and guess what; Bolton has been dodging service. Image that. The county attempted to serve him on January 8, 2009 to no avail.
A non jury hearing has be set for August 9, 2009

Ole Te-Bo is on the lamb boys. I was wondering again as I often do this morning during my glory, would he have to pay property taxes only the stolen cars he drove to Texas, or because thier stolen they would be exempt??.

How could they not find him to serve him? He spent more time in Dallas this last year than in DeKalb! Maybe that's why he had ten different cars at his disposal. He had to keep changing it up so no one could find him!
I'm pretty sure there is something in county policy about paying your taxes. Just add this to the list of reasons to fire him!
Hey, someone should let that county know when his merit hearing will be so they can get him at the door.

Well imagine that! I wonder how long it will be before the AJC's Simpson deems it newsworthy enough to report, if the news does not support your agenda then simply don't report it. How elegant and unethical. The AJC needs some serious help in reporting DeKalb news. I have an idea, AJC should can it current DeKalb reporters, and hire some real reporters. Preferably someone with out a degree in journalism, we don't need reporters who want to change the world and provide misguided analysis. What we need is people who can report who did what, when and where.

If he hasn't been served, I hope someone will let the folks in Texas know when and where Bolton's merit hearing will be held! How funny would it be to see Randy Travis trying to stick a microphone in Bolton's face when a process server is shoving court papers in Bolton's face?! I'd pay to see that! Please, who ever found that lawsuit, let the people in Texas know when and where this delinquent will be!
