Below is the official pdf map of the City of Dunwoody boundaries that may be of interest as it relates to Doraville and unincorporated DeKalb.

You will note because of the annexation failure in Doraville that the borders of Dunwoody & Doraville don't jive with two pockets of DeKalb County. DCPD has jurisdiction at the Friday's plaza (Oasis), Home Depot and the other side of PTIB the Texaco Station and Ridgeway? (Not the liquor store on the E side of Tilly Mill which is in Doraville). There is also a northern section near Winters Chapel, East of PTIB. Take a look at the light blue checkered areas in the pdf map and those are still under DeKalb PD jurisdiction. I hope that helps.
