Ok, Bolton is gone, O'brien and Wiz are in place. Can we start talking about positive solutions instead. Of whinning.
We have bigger fish to fry. These rookies are off the chain. Getting smart with supervisors,talking on the cell phone while driving patrol cars,gettin attitude over the radio and talking to citizens like they are kids.
We have unqualified officers training and MPO's who are lazy and getting a check every month.
We have a glimmer of hope however morale is still very low.
Let's start by getting a blue ribbon committee together made of veteran officers, command staff and a few rookies. Let talk about a new and improved uniform and a restored image. Yes, you might think uniforms are petty but they will be a morale booster,an attitude change. All blue or black.we can change the game.
If you want to stay we welcome you but if your negative by your words and actions it maybe time to leave or retire. We are stuck in a rut. We need a new vision, attitude, and direction.
Enough backstabbin,hating, preventing another progress.we are a team , family, one.

Well we had 3 positions in the super command staff become vacant, could that be where the money came from?
anybody know how many cars or tasers we could have got for his budget
