Bolton's Legacy Lives On, DeKalb 911 Slowest Response Time Of All

Because we have the worst 911 system in the state, and a CAD system that works 60 percent of the time, or stops working during a light rain. Are we really surprised we finished DEAD LAST again when it comes to equipment and technology.

To be fair this terrible CAD system was purchased prior to Bolton's arrival. Place blame on former chief Marinelli.

What do you expect, this is DeKalb county after all. Everything we have we've gotten from the lowest bidder. Half our troops are out there with expired vests, we don't have tasers and we've been carrying the same pistols since 1982. I think the only thing this county has really spent money one were those damn murder buses.

Have the rescheduled Bolton's hearing?

This "Change" without change is getting old. Yeah we have an acting chief, but little else has changed.

How about the fact that our radio operators think its ok to have a B@#chy attitude whenever we ask them to run something or they tell us to stand by as an officer goes 10-48.
