You know if he wins his job back, there will be a strike, and Dekalb County Citizens will suffer, citizens of Dekalb need to support the Dedicated hard working officers of this county and picket at the hearing. TERRELL BOLTON MUST STAY FIRED!!!!!!

Should some miscarriage of justice take place and Bolton comes back as Chief, it will be a sad day for us all here in DeKalb- especially to our great officers who have made such an effort since that piece of crap was fired to raise the morale back to where it once was. I wouldn't want to walk in Bolton's shoes let alone be out in public anywhere near him should the decision be in his favor! Bullet proof glass, extra security detail, double-heavy duty vests..I can see it now. And at a cost of how much more of our tax dollars just to protect such a bottom feeder. My gosh! please pray that we won't have to endure the vindictiveness , childish behavior of this person ever again. We support each and every one of our officers and that's the name of that tune! Stay safe. We need each and every one of you.

I seriously doubt that Bolton will be back. But you can't seriously say that morale building has been going on. From the tone of this site, I don't think so.

Day III

He says "punch clocker" like using a time card is for worthless worker bees.

Hey T-Bo..what's good for the goose is good for the gander...maybe you should punch a clock like they started making us do..... Dirtbag!

Actually, morale has risen because of 2 things: TeBo's termination and Bill O'Brien being named acting chief. Certainly there is TeBo's cabal to remove, but things are better. Don't let the tone of the comments fool you...things are somewhat better. Still a loooong way to go, but...

My department used a timeclock for "testing" purposes and yanked it out a month later when management found out they would have to provide comp time for our legally documented hours of work. I almost wish they would bring it back so I could hammer the county for my OT work. That would be schweet!
