I doubt it, but his lawyers and brothers will fer sure! On second thought Bolton is so arrogant that he will probably will show up, hopefully a Federal Marshall will be on hand with a federal warrent for arrest but that is long stretch. DA Gwyn should be investigating but she is in Alfred E. Nueman mode, "What, me worry?" I am surprised the Ellis has not applied some pressure to Gwyn to investigate and prosecute. He probably has, I guarantee that DeKalb law office has probably made the reccommendation to Ellis in an effort to derail Bolton's pending suit.
For the life of me, I can't understand how many, many people, including Bolton, have not been indicted yet. State and Federal laws were BLATANTLY violated under Bolton and Vernon. Where are the indictments?? Maybe we need to have Gwen indicted for neglect of duty! A first year law student would be competent enough to prosecute some of these violations!
How much longer will the county let this matter continued? Its obvious that Tebo is afraid to have the hearing.

Do we know where/when this hearing will take place tomorrow? Is it open to the public?
