Let me understand this...the man is taking comp time, which requires he keep track of his hours. A new CEO takes over and suddenlty T-Bo is insulted because the new CEO is treating him like a clock-puncher?

Hadn't T-Bo and Vernon been treating him as a clock-puncher all that time? Only clock-punchers get comp time. Executives and professionals do not get comp-time. Only people that "punch a clock" could, by definition, get comp time because the concept is you worked too much time so you get some time back.

I love the way his own attorney shut him up. I can only imagine what was going through McKenney's head. T-Bo just lost his case, but he'll probably sue McKenney and try to blame him, since everything is someone else's fault in the T-Bo's head.

Based off this, Bolton has sealed his fate. Dekalb BOC, please remove the merit protection from the position to keep this from happening again. Bolton now knows that Vernon never really cared for him. Remember, Bolton, he can't save or lie for you since he's not CEO anymore. I guess you never thought that 2008 would come. Thank god Stan Watson was not elected, it would have been business as usual. The people of Dekalb are slowly waking up to the damage that Hurricane Vernon has done. Sadly to speak, Burrell is not going to be able to do what he had envisioned because Vernon nearly destroyed the county. Burrell is more of the clean up guy just like the next Atlanta mayor will be.

As a Uniform Officer who went from a schedule to being a "clock puncher", I'm highly insulted that he appears to hold "clock punchers" in so much contempt.

If you hadn't already lost our respect before all this.......

After printing his testy-money out and read it, I put it in the litter box. The cat went outside instead!

If Bolton ever got his job back I am pretty sure this department would cease to exist. Any officer with less then 10 years would leave.
