Juveniles are not only released on a point system in the city of Atlanta and Fulton County, it is also occurring here in DeKalb.
And you wonder why crime is rampant.

This has been going on in Fulton County for years. The criminals employ the teens and they get away with murder. The officers know this as well as the citizens. Yet, the Georgia General Assembly refuses to do anything because its not happening where they live--yet.
Don't get me started about the high use of signature bonds because of jail crowding issues. "Well, sorry but we have release this repeat offender back out for you to rearrest him in a few hours because we are full here at the jail." Many officers in Fulton jurisdictions know what i'm talking about.
