I just saw him walking into HQ late this afternoon. I should have figured he was up to no good.
This TEBO is a joke. He like a freak show series. I am convinced this guy has a mental condition of some kind.
The former CHIEF OF POLICE now has concluded that he was imprisoned falsely and and kidnapped by political leaders. This took him how long to figure this out.
I guess we are in tune for a dog and pony show.
He is the reason he cannot get hired anywhere else.
He should go work for his brothers , remember they came to support him when he was fired.
Will this despicable human being ever go away? The man is obviously delusional and should be in a prison hospital somewhere. Preferable not in the state of Georgia.

What's funny is neither he nor his attorney knew how the process worked to obtain a felony warrant. The judge denied the application and passed the buck telling them to file a police report first. So of course now DKPD has to take his bullshit report and investigate it and send it right back to magistrate court for a hearing which will require all the judges to recuse themselves thus proloning the agony while a non-DeKalb judge is found to hear the case. Will the madness ever end?
Nope, this falls on the city of Decatur, that is where the court house is and where the alleged crime occurred.

Just saw the Fox 5 video of TeBo at Decatur Police. He clearly identified himself as Chief Bolton. Did he just impersonate a police officer or did he get a Chief's job we don't know about?
Can DeKalb County take out a TPO or Criminal trespass on TeBo?
If he identifies himself as a police officer and he is NOT then he should be arrested for impersonating a police officer..HERE is our chance.BUT WE (DEKALB CO.) HAVE NO BALLS.

This is funny, but I have to agree the County would be a much better place without the current Sheriff and CEO. We need Leadership, not money spending politicians that's more concerned about themselves instead of the troops!!!
News flash dumb ass - you could have resigned and been free to leave the meeting. Was I free to leave your staff meetings? No! Was I falsely imprisoned? No! I could've stood up, taken off my gunbelt, said I resign, and then walked out of those stupid meetings. When IA puts an officer in a room for a statement you arent free to leave: unless of course you resign on the spot. Thank you for showing everyone why the CEO said you were incompetent. This guy was a police chief of a major police department?? Oh yeah, you did commit a crime when you identified yourself to Decatur police as CHIEF Bolton.

I think DeKalb Officers should do a poll on the blog asking everyone who actually WANTS TeBo to come back. I bet the results would be very one sided.
I feel bad for the guy. What a terrible position to be put in. There is no winning there is no losing. In the end this might really mess up his career opportunities.

God can you imagine taking that report if he had filed in DKPD? We've all taken some goofy reports but this one has to take the cake. Not sure which makes for a funnier situation a rookie who has no clue about the situation/who he is or a salty old timer who writes a two liner for a report.

Tebo, it sure did take you a long time to come up with this creativity. I mean really. Kidnapping? False imprisonment? For God's sake, your new attorney doesn't even appear to know criminal procedure and neither do you. "We are filing criminal warrants..." I mean, please, do you honestly think you can just waltz into Magistrate Court with no witnesses and apparently no evidence and you will get a warrant(s).
You needed time to lick the wounds you created for yourself with your ineptness so that you might hope to again someday pick yourself back up and find something else somewhere else. Instead, your just being your own worst enemy.

I was at IA for 8 hours, No Food or Water. Even the Detectives went to lunch at Matthews and brought back nothing, not even a chicken bone for me to suck on. Boo Whoooooo suck it up
