Thank your for posting. It was cryptic, but makes for a good teaser!

Ok so lets just hope this is the tip of the iceberg, I would like to see some names like Joe Stone, Morris Williams, Vernon Jones and the list could (should) get longer. Don, take some advice from me none of the above named perpetrators would keep quite for you. Do the right thing for once, man up take your share of the responsibility for your sins, do the little bit of time the Feds will give you for rolling over on the rest of the rats.

Where is Ron Burgundy when you need him?

Does anyone know why a certain Detective Sergeant was suddenly transfered from Home Land to Tucker. Is there more sting to this mess than we are being told. Like maybe they were getting to close to some elected officials.

Anon2, don't count on it. Vern is a pretty smart guy, and was not one to leave any tracks behind, most of the stuff he did was on verbal instructions as the Parks and Rec discrimination suite revealed.
Franks, Stone, Williams and Stogner were the ones doing the dirty work at Jones guidance.
I doubt most of them were as good at Vern in hiding their tracks, but no one seems interested in researching the matter.
Give me several months and time to feel comfortable with my release from DeKalb gov, and I have some ideas to try to bring light on a some of the issues that no one will investigate.
Just saw a story about a Cobb grand jury investigating problems at the Cobb Medical Examiners office, specifically odor from the decayed bodies.
This is a simple thing, but a grand jury has some considerable power in investigation, and no one seems to be interested in using them to crack down on corruption in DeKalb government, except for the school system.
Come-on Gwen, do the right thing. Move one-third of your investigators from the school system to DeKalb Government investigation. The Feds are doing the job for you, this is a target-rich environment, and no one understands why you refuse to commit the resources.

i had the pleasure (he he) of working at DKPD for a few years, and we ALL knew Frank was a perp through and through... TOO bad it took this long and the Feds to run him out... but better late than never i guess. Didn't he have a DV charge from his wife as well?
I just hope Vernon is next!

My beer has never tasted so damn good after hearing and reading about this. As I leave this place my retirement just seems to have gotten alittle sweeter. Good things do come to those who wait. Years ago ol Don kicked his feet up on the desk and stated,"Booooysss....some day you all will be workin for me!" I wanted to urinate on his foot at that time though it looks like someone may be doing more than urinating on his foot once he starts serving time. Does the county insurance cover Proctoligy Exams??? Maybe reconstructive surgury if he survives...LMAO....as I finish my beer and dance a little happy happy joy joy dance.....I can actually say....today was a damn fine day in Dekalb County!!!!I hope he gets the full sentence and I hope they make an example out of him! OOOOORAH!!

Didn't that certain Detective Sergeant that was suddenly transferred from Home Land to Tucker also lose most of is detectives prior to his being moved?

Very curious indeed.

Yeah and having to come to attention when a Lt. or higher comes into roll call is RIDICULOUS. We are not 21 yr old robots in an academy that can't think for ourselves. If you require that kind of ego gratification from your job and rank then GET A LIFE.

I'm Ron Burgundy? said...

There was a time, a time before cable, when the local anchorman reigned supreme, when people believed everything they heard on TV. This was an age when only men were allowed to read the news. And in DeKalb County, one anchorman was more man than the rest.

His name was Ron Burgundy.

He was like a god walking amongst mere mortals. He had a voice that could make a wolverine purr, and suits so fine they made Sinatra look like a hobo. In other words, Ron Burgundy was the balls.

Donald Frank is a wonderful man, a wonderful friend and I too love him. You guys laughed and smiled with him and turned your backs on him. I love you too!

This man ran my tag early in his career to obtain my personal information. He would call me at night and make lewd sexual advances to me. When I went to his precinct to complain his superior shook his head in disgust and said he'd be in touch with me. The next week his superior was transferred to another precinct. You people that support him are sick individuals. I'm sure he didn't only do this to me...They're probably other women harassed as well. He's no different than a rapist or molester. I prayed for retribution for years and God delivered it. I just found out that he was finally held accountable for some of his transgressions.
