Congratulations!
Congrats to the newly promoted
Ironically some of those listed are in the process of leaving for agencies that aren't furloughed because they are smart enough to balance a budget, or their own checkbook for that matter. It's called being CONSERVATIVE Dekalb and intelligent enough to save for a rainy day, look into it.
Congratz!
Congrats but why did we spend thousands of dollars on promotional testing now and then turn around and promote so many people. Makes no sense to me. Well good luck to those taking the test now because if you aren't number 1on the list the chances of getting promoted in the next two years are gonna be slim to none.
Congrats guys! Looks like the only way to keep someone from digging too deep into police and county corruption is to promote the only man who can take you all down. He'll be assigned to the Uniform Division and no longer building cases against you. Don't worry, he'll take you down soon enough, this doesn't make you safe!!!
Congrats on the recently promoted. Why isn't anyone bringing up loosing Cigna HMO....not everyone what Kaiser, DeKalb. I am above them and choice to go to the doctor of my choice. Let's complain and show up at the meetings.....
Congrats Danny boy!!
Congratulations!!!
For the Kaiser complaint....
I go to my own doctor and I have Kaiser. Sure you have to look for them but just ask them they will tell you if they take Kaiser. For years I went to Kaiser off Panola for my care, which sucked. I would call to make an appointment for a yearly physical and they would set it 3 months later. Then I found out that it was not necessary. Find you a local doctor that takes Kaiser, make an appointment when its convenient for you, its great.
The real question is....How many of those recently promoted took this test and finished in A or B band?
I know the number scheduled for the structured interview was reduced by 2 on the day I did the structured interview. Those two didn't show because they had been promoted.
With this blue order, the number in A and B band may have dropped by 4.
This year there were nine bands created by the test. They are ranking the A, B and C bands. The A band had only four people. The B band is 15 and C band is 25. However, three of the people promoted were from the B band, so that is down to 12.
