Rest in peace, mate.
It is obvious from the comments that you were loved by your co-workers and an inspiration to your brothers and sisters wearing blue.
This is the leadership needed in DeKalb government now.
You will be sorely missed.

Zade was my first sergeant when I started with DeKalb in 1986. I learned so much from him about being a police officer and he told it like it was. You always knew where you stood with him and behind that tough image there was a heart of gold. Zade was truely one of DeKalb's finest. May God bless and comfort Susan, his precious wife.

Zade will be missed by many, it is evident that he impacted MANY lives during his time here on earth. I loved his sense of humor and the way he loved his family and friends .... May God Comfort his loved ones during this time, and may they feel His Love and Comfort during these days .... Love, Kathy

Zade was a great friend, working companion and supervisor. Even though I haven't seen Zade in a long time he will be greatly missed.

I know that there are not enough words to comfort the family and other close friends but all will be kept in my prayers.

One of the VP28 "Hawaiian Warriors" that served with me in the Navy.
Zade was a good, fun shipmate, during the Vietnam war days.
