I didn't know Officer Cain personally but I am thankful for those like him who came before me.
Guys we've seen a lot of retired deaths on this blog lately. Keep in mind we live in a high stress profession and don't always get to take care of ourselves due to whacked scheduling and time constraints. Do your best to stay healthy.
It really sucks to lose good people to something like heart problems which can be avoided with bodily maintenance.
