The employee pension representative positions are extremely important, more now than ever. I don't know Joe Hardy but from what I read he understands finance and investing and he seems to me to be the best one for the position. I hope word on Hardy's qualifications get to the entire Dekalb Co employee population. We need to vote for the most qualified and not just someone we know because he / she works with us. I also know that we need to get a retiree representative on the board who will attend the meetings and look out for the interests of the retirees. Ken Choat / Loflier seems to be the best for that position. We all need to take our pension seriously and get people on the board who will fight some of the stupidity that has occurred recently.
