Voted, this is the type of officer that DKPD needs. The city of Dunwoody should be proud to have such an officer on their force who gives so much to the community.
This is Vernon's legacy. Managing to disenfranchise the richest source of revenue for the county while refusing to even talk to the Dunwoody citizen's about the issues of their disenchantment. I was infuriated with Vern's and the BOC handling of the issue. All it would of taken to retain Dunwoody was about four "town hall" meetings with them, asking them what the issues are and provide a solution. Stupidity mixed in with racism seemed to be the major characteristic of Jones's eratic administration.
Ther can be no doubt that Vern hiring Bolton had to of provided ample incentive for Officer Espinoza to move on to Dunwoody Police. Stupid again, Vern.
No doubt the BOC is sitting up in their spiffy offices believing that the employees are happy and content with our low pay and lousy working conditions, the stupid decisions made the BOC, the petty racism displayed by the rulers and the general lack of dialog between the rulers and employees. Wrong again, boneheads! As can be seen in this one incident the cost of DeKalb's rulers stupidity and indifference to the employees.
Congratulations to officer Espinoza! Well done!

But, this is what iratates so many people about this blog. We have officers that quietly go about thier business everyday helping our children in the schools and commuinities. We also have officer that make sure every year that kids in need get a Chrismas and so on. But these officer according to some of you d'ont do anthing....And to this Mr.KnowFlyer we still have officers like Officer Espinoza still here.
