About time someone did something to break the perpetual deadlock between the CEO and BOC that keeps anything from getting done around here.

now the state needs to watch and make sure the special tax district doesn't get hijacked. you know that lil VJ and the rest of the thieves will try it

Whats VJ running for this time? Is he going against the little mighty CEO? Are they going to appear on Jeopady and hash things out?

Just for the record, the special tax district was proposed by the BOC to stop Ellis from playing politics with the budget.
It protects the doolars that the BOC allocates to police.
Mike jacobs simply carried the bill forward for the BOC.
It had full supportof the BOC and the highly disfunctional DeKalb delegation.

Hey , just incase you want to let facts get in the way of your rumor mill, it was the BOC that initiated this piece of legislation.
The BOC brought it to Mike Jacobs and Tom Taylor and ushered it through the Delegation.
The legislation had complete support from all the BOC as well as Chief O' Brien
