Met this Lt. once after he was retired, RIP sir.

Just think, when he started, an entire shift, which covered the entire county, consisted of only 6 officers on duty. If you needed backup you often times had to find a rotary phone in someone house or business or make it back your car.

I worked with this man when he was in the record room and when they transferred him to the property room. That's what DeKalb does when they want you gone, they transfer you til they find something you don't like. But, Lt. Morgan showed them all and made the best of a situation and had fund doing it.

He was what a supervisor was all about- he expected the highest from you and you gave him what he wanted.

If you were right in your job he was right beside you.

Lt Duck was an old school supervisor. He was respected by his troops.
