Maybe, Just Maybe, DeKalb's Criminal Enterprise Is Falling

Keep your fingers crossed people! It looks like the cartel is finally falling.

They had no one fooled except the former district attorney Gwen Keyes, Or did they? How corrupt is she?

We all despise Vernon Jones and Burrell Ellis for what they have done to this county. But hey, they're politicians, so what do you expect? But the one person we find despicable is Wiz Miller.

He was a sworn police officer charged with up holding the law, not breaking it. He is an attorney. (well that explains a lot). Through his position of public safety director, he stopped many criminal investigations into politicians and his circle of delinquents.

But his role in the "weed incident" still is down right sickening. This happened at police headquarters, in public, witnessed by line officers.

Probably too late for anything to be done now, but hopefully D.A. James will nail the bastard on the obstruction charge.

My colleagues, it's far from over. Robert James is to be commended for the courage of going after them. Finally a D.A. that is showing that no one is above the law, particularly elected officials. Interestingly, the defense lawyers are all former county prosecutors. What a joke J. Tom Morgan is! Wander what Andria Sneiderman is thinking now about her defense team?

AGREED, nice to FINALLY see someone with the fortitude to take these perps down. James was thrust into his current position and has shown true courage ever since. Not only should he be commended but ultimately given a national appointment to do the same on a much grander scale.

@ 11am,
Andrea paid attorney's well with the life insurance policy from her husband. The winch should have rotten in jail for having her husband murdered.

Robert James, your doing a great job and keep up the work. We know you have a lot on your plate but don't stop until all those corrupt bastards are behind bars.

Please look into the permit dept and business licenses, they been getting away with stealing for many many years and nothing has ever been done about it.

Ellis has the same defense team and same defense strategy as Andrea Sneiderman. "Everyone else is lying." It worked great for Andrea, go for it, Ellis!! Lol!!

I'll give him credit when I see these scumbags make their first appearance.

Till then...same old Dekalb that we all knew was and is corrupt.... just a little "darker" as Vernon used to say.

Jones stated there is no evidence against him but he used to openly tell vendors on county land deals they would have to contribute to his "campaign fund" in order to secure the deal. Many will testify to this (among other things) under oath.

I wonder how many calls Victor Hill defense team is getting from Dekalb County corrupt employees?
Erkle, how does it feel to know your defense team just lost a case? Did you hear one of the jurors state, "The prosecution team was better prepared?" Shit now or forever hold your peace. Lol

Wow, can't wait to see the D.A.'s second suspect's list that includes Keith pretty boy Barker. He was the CEO's number two guy. Does anyone know where he run off to?

Keith Barker is the City Manager in Clarkston.

Keith Barker is now the city manager of Clarkston.
I recently spoke to a long time Clarkston resident. I asked him his opinion on Barker. He feels like they put a crook in charge at city hall.
I read all 83 pages, also. Barker only was mentioned once. He did seem to be sitting on the sidelines enough to know that something going on was stinking up the proceedings.

Mr District Attorney, since none of our police brass has said so, we fully support your efforts. It is sad that none of our brass has shown any support for you, when you are an extension of the police department. You would think our police chief would be standing at your side denouncing this type of corruption, even if his boss is involved. Instead, he chooses to tell us that Burrell Ellis is an honest man. This is down right sickening!

It's just not the CEO Boys committing all these crimes, it's other departments making side money as well.

Dekalb Police and the DA Office get your snitch list out and use to get these corrupt employees.

The motto at Dekalb County is: "Come to work broke and leave with money too pay your mortgage or rent."

As a hard working and professional DeKalb County employee, I am sickened by what the 'political' class has done to bring disrepute to what is otherwise a pretty efficient operation.

From the people that do the true work of running the County, shame on you.

Well you'd have to go after them all, equally applying the law where the statute of limitations hasn't diminished that possibility. That is unless Ellis was simply a target of a higher authority.
