Tom was a great guy and a great police officer. He was also a training officer whose levels of profeciency were to be aspired to in every respect. Guys like Tom built this PD. He will be missed by those who knew him.

Tom was a fantastic FTO, and you could rely on him 100% in all things. He was not a social butterfuly, but a man full of integrity and purpose.
May God bless his family.

Lacey: Good to see you're well. Tom was not only a fantastic officer and friend to us, but he was a loving and caring Dad. He spoke often of his children. It's was obvious to us in his inner-circle he loved and cared deeply for his family.

Tom was an old school hard core Cop. Folks like him made Dekalb County PD one of the finest in the country back in the day. Sadly, many there now will never know the man who served not only the county, but his country as well.
