When will Lee May join the ranks of Burrell Ellis? For someone who ordered the in depth investigation of the goings on in this screwed up county, then have it cut short because it might be getting too close to home, makes one wonder what is Lee May trying to have overlooked or hide?
It doesn't make a difference who Mike Bowers is looking at ( as he has a wide choice) to uncover the crooks of the county because they are so plentiful.
One of the job perks and/or requirements for coming to work at DeKalb is how much can one steal or line his pocket with favors?

Given there is so much obvious corruption and thievery in Dekalb, why hasn't May (or any supervisors for that matter) done their jobs and uncovered it? Why must someone from the outside (Bowers) come in and state the obvious? Makes the entire organization appear grossly incompetent or corrupt themselves.
