We are getting paniced complaints from retirees that their health insurance premiums have increased by as much as 70%, or as much as $600.00 per month/$7200.00 per year. This is insane!
Retirees are bascily on a fixed income. If the county takes away $600.00 per month, that is devastating. We are talking car payments or mortgages going unpaid.
Why does this happen every year? What does the county gain by this? Where is our pension reps? Why are they not in front of this and keeping the retirees informed?

Its not just the retiree's everyone is getting screwed, no raises and our benefits are going up.
