Is Bolton under the shadow of Ellis’s hammer?

At today’s academy graduation, Burrell Ellis addressed the graduates and audience. He informed everyone he has issued an executive order forbidding any transfers within the department without his consent. CEO Ellis went on to say he has an open door policy, inviting anyone to speak with him without fear of retribution.

This was followed by the egotistical maniac Terrell Bolton reminding everyone there is a chain of command within the department and it should be followed.

This is starting to get really fun!

Video..video..... Maybe the news will play it. \

Is this the first shot in a publicly waged war of intentions?

As Otter (or was it Flounder) from Animal House said.....Ohhhhh boyyyy....

Chain of command to speak with the CEO?? hmmm that process could take weeks, then never granted, where would it stop?? would a chief dare grant permission?? Keisha?

How very typical and how very stupid of Bolton to be publicly insubordinate to his boss. Remember, that was one of the reasons TeBo was fired from Dallas-for insubordination to the city manager and city council. At least he is true to form. I wonder if TeBo's nose hurts from when he ran into that wall today while trying vainly to get away from Dale Russell...

Fly on the Wall
We must thank Dale Russell for every thing he does to expose the current Chief and former CEO. We will eventually survive the last 8 years and be a better department after it ends.

well first off it was flounder who said "ohhhh boyyyy". Second I wonder if Tebo went and cried on the shoulder of Keisha or if they took the county car to the bar? I don't know about anything else but I think there is more then meets the eye between Tebo and Keisha ther has to be with all the things he lets her get away with because he would have fired anyone else who would have pulled so of the things she has. Well Ellis has just about had enough of Tebo and his time is coming ver soon just wait and see it will be very soon. I to als want to say way to go Dale at yesterdays Graduation it was great to watch.

To the poster referring to unions: Debates whether we should unionize or not are welcomed here. However, national politics or any reference to it is not welcomed.

Thank You
