What employee relations? you mean employee retaliation? Employee relations is when your employer strives to motivate employees through communication and mutual respect meeting goals and objectives with reasonable incentives. Employee Retaliation is where an employer seeks to balance its budget on the backs of its employees through back door pay cuts, pension contributions or lack there of, and mounting health care costs. This coupled with the lack of communication and an almost deliberate indifference to the suffering of an already over worked, over taxed, under payed work force, i.e. Dekalb County See the difference?
Ahhh...they're gonna do whatever they want... I gave up long ago.

Just watched the video.
Pretty clear explanation presented by the guy decribing the different scenerios
maybe it is the PC you are using ,but beside the fact that Rader mumbles, the speaker presentation is loud and clear.
"F" it...my showing and your showing up won't change a thing.....the BOC will do what they want to do....
Police Officer's are too concerned about working extra jobs to do anything about their primary job..Face it they get certified for one reason and one reason only to work EXTRA jobs...Just look at their files 6 and 7, no 8 extra job request in their folders....They could care less about the job with the county just a way to get insurance....I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I will be so glad to get the hell out..Then good luck to all those left behind and to the citizens of Dekalb...Because there are very few REAL cops left in the ranks.....God bless you all.
Police officers in Dekalb worry about their part times because they pay well and we haven't seen a raise in over five years.....five years where the pension contribution sky rocketed and health insurance increased in cost and covers less. Yeah....the part times are important because our families depend on us. Go to hell.... I give Dekalb more than the average officer and yes, I work part times because my full time job ain't cutting it!
