Ok I give up who is it? Some of these DO NOTHING COMMAND STAFF never did anything great when they were with dekalb. My god can you not save any money for retirement as a major, you have to work for another agency in their command staff. What a loser. RETIRE WHILE YOUR YOUNG. Dont work until your 70 yoa then youll die and never enjoy life. Damn I should give a class on retirement and money management.
Well he had a long list of ...Kiss Asses... but it narrow the clue when you said Major. I’m not surprise on that hiring, might be the one more step to the demise of that department. I heard they have had a lot of turn over since Holmes came to power. I like the internet story of Wrong for Rockdale story.
Speaking of morons, anyone gonna say anything about Lt. McCown up in IA? Seems like everyone in the Department knows that he has no clue what he's doing up there except for Chief Cardi B. He's run off some really good IA investigators since he's been up there.

Retired Major KD Johnson is working at Rockdale County now and was hired as a Major, he was one of Cedric Alexander’s yes men and cut a bunch of throats to get promoted under Alexander. He will cause a lot of racial tension wherever he is at.
Lt. McCowen and Chief Cardi B are protecting Major Rutland for driving away from a BMW dealership without paying for her repairs, after she showed her ass in the service department. The dealership filed a police report with Gwinnett county police. I wonder how they will protect her and she will have no disciplinary action taken against her.
KD Johnson is now working in Rockdale, what a piece of shit he is. I am sorry Rockdale officers.
McCowen is a scared little puppy and will do what Chief Ramos wants even if it’s wrong and immoral
@9:59 why not take another salary once you can collect retirement? After all, it takes money to make money. Invest all you can (economy 101).
So why is Major Rutland not on admin leave while she is being investigated for a crime?seems like she is being protected by Chief Cardi B, girower I guess. I am sure nothing will happen to her, so I guess every officer can do the same thing and expect not repercussions.
Gwinnett county should prosecute Major Rutland
So between breaking up marriages and committing theft what exactly does Major Rutland do for her precinct.
KD Johnson stole from a community fundraiser and nothing ever happened to him, the law does not apply to Majors.
Yeah work until you're 70 years old then die. You are right it does take money but if you invest and do the right thing you shouldn't have to work another career after your first career. I guess you have something to leave your kids. They key to success is work smart then retire and enjoy life. You only have one life. Us cops don't live long after our first retirement due to a very stressful job. Think about it.
Rutland should be FIRED, she’s a thief and a disgrace to this county!
I hope the Gwinnett DA will prosecute Major Rutland just like any other thief, she deserves what she gets.

Chief Ramos has already told Major Rutland she will be ok, she is protecting her. IA is not doing anything with her investigation.

I like Nicole Ruthland . Shes a good friend. If she did anything wrong it will come out in the investigation.
It sounds to me like jealousy. Being that you are trying to get to where he is not him trying to get to where you are going. For all you that are slow. What that mean is he's retired you are not. He want get a stimulus but you will.
Now why arent you all talking about your last Chief he's in Roswell.And trust and believe his whole career was handed to him because he received a flesh wound in the academy.
What do you expect? Dale “mumble” Holmes was skimming off cash seizures and asset forfeitures. Now he and KD Johnson are back together and can get a ton of loot with no oversight. That department will crumble quickly.
