Houston, we have a problem

Bolton claims there is not enough money to purchase Tasers and other equipment for the department. But yet he wants to send every lieutenant, captain, major, deputy chief and all the ICP officers, in increments of 10, to spend a week with the Houston Texas P.D. for training.

And the total cost of this would be? Maybe the equal amount it would cost to purchase Tasers for at least half the street officers?

What does Houston have that we don’t, a lower crime rate maybe?

Maybe to save cost, they would travel and sleep on the magic buses. At least get some use out of them.

Bolton is not going to send the entire command staff to Houston Texas. Bolton has been described as a con artist by officers from Dallas Texas. His entire agenda is to generate support to pressure the new CEO to keep him as chief of police of DeKalb County. Remember Chief Bolton was out of work for three years before his landed this gig with DeKalb County.Bolton also want to start pushing the Action Plan again after the election. Bolton strategy is to create as much media attention as possible to generate public support. He thinks we are idiots. I'm not fooled my his antics and neither should you.

What Houston has that we don't have is the absence of Terrell Bolton. What a complete joke. Maybe you all can take the Magic Buses to Dallas next, or even Dunwoody.

When was the last time T. Bowl was in Dekalb County, except when not hiding in his suite on the 4th floor? His office is like Fort Knox from what I hear, paranoia has him running everone away from him. hint hint A.J.C. look into his flight records, see how much hes really gone to Texas away from his job. Why do you think he really instituted the Watch Commander program. He has no command responsibility except transferring true command staff that he feels threatned by.

This is a quick question. Chief Bolton recently was quoted in a meeting that we did not have the money in the current budget to purchase bikes for patrol in shopping centers. We now have enough money to send the rank of lieutenant and above to Houston Police Department to observe it's police operation. I think I got lost somewhere in this direction we are headed. What does Houston do and have that we cannot beat? We were the best before Vernon Jones came to power. What we need is positive direction. The county budget has the money to make the police department one of the best again. They need to cut all the unaccountable spending. If you watch the commission meetings , Vernon says its all his administration that has spent the money. There is your answer.
