More Promotions and Transfers

Deputy Chief K. Harrell has been promoted from Deputy Chief to Assistant Chief/Field Division (Uniform)

Major M.A. Waddleton has been promoted from Major to Deputy Chief/Uniform Division/District 2

Major C. Williams was a quick learner commanding Vernon's drivers, he is now presumed qualified to command a precinct. Major Williams has be transferred to South Precinct/Precinct Commander

Underpaid college-educated Sergeant? Hmmm...

Yeah...Get promoted...that's what you want to do... That way Bolton can take more officers off the street, and use his resources--the one's who haven't left, yet, that is--even MORE usefully. Ridiculous.

Everyone in DeKalb is in serious denial, get out now. That place doesn't deserve good officers. Get out now. It will not improve, for eight years it has been plagued by inept clowns running the place. It will not improve. People like Curtis are the future. So go someplace else and stop hoping that it will change, because it never will.
