Well, they've been selected, what's the word on the police department? Who are they gonna select as chief?

anonymous, whoever you are, i think they have narrowed it to 3 candidates. One of them just got finished messing up a good thing at Sandy Springs, an ex-dkpd loser that is currently messing up a good thing at Sandy Springs and a current Chief from a neighboring city with some good officer and a good department. Now that's a really hard choice. Morons or a successful chief. You tell me!!

Old School, I'm not good at detecive work, could you provide more clues, so I can decipher your message, thanks :)

I will tell you exactly who it is. The vetted Dunwoody Chief is John King from Doraville Police. Dunwoody would be indeed fortunate to land him. But better than that, I would much rather see him come to Dekalb and get T bo's ass gone...Dekalb PD has suffered long enough. We don't need a nationwide search for a Chief when we have one right next door that could bring order back from total chaos.

I hear that the fools in the Doraville City Council want to try to fire Chief John King again. Now is the chance for Dunwoody to grab him. But will our new city be able to afford a real police department?

anonymous, how do you know it is John King?

Bertrand back in the running?

Looks like the often mentioned candidate for Dunwoody Chief of Police is back in the mix.

Sandy Springs named an outsider today to head their department.

From the AJC

Sandy Springs hires new police chief

Sandy Springs has selected Terry Sult, police chief in Gastonia, N.C., as its next police chief.

He will take over the 130-officer department Oct. 27.

Bertrand managed to screw up Sandy Springs in less than 2 months with his usual crap. Hopefully Dunwoody will see the writing on the wall and stay clear of Bertrand.
