No matter who wins, cities will burn.
I guess the Chief is out of town again. Guess who is in charge. This should put fear in the citizens of DeKalb. Well even if the appointed Chief was here, still should put fear in the citizens of DeKalb. He goes to Dallas how many times a month. Well his family lives in Dallas. This must be a part time job for him here in DeKalb.
I wonder if he filled out an extra job request for his Chief position.
Well Saturday everyone went into panic mode for Election Day. Guess what we have a plan. Have everyone of the special units come in early.
Plan? I'll tell you the plan.....
A public display of manpower that somehow results in 300 to 400 extra tickets issued to the citizens of Dekalb County.
I'll bet most of those citations are issued on the interstate.
100-200 of them will be credited to a mobile precinct!
