This is sickening. Vern and Co. thought the guy who got FIRED FROM A LARGER, HIGHER PROFILE AGENCY was a visionary and brought him on board to help gut and demoralize a once proud police department.
Maybe for the right price Dick Hand can come back and whip this place into shape.
Richard Stogner is a spineless idiot. He covered for Vernon and his gangster friends for eight years and I am glad he is gone. Try to get a top notch detective or an outstanding uniform MPO straight fives and see what happens. The line level police officers were never good enough but the command staff and Vernon took everything. It makes me sick that so many of the morons that Vernon and Bolton put in place are still holding on to their position. Their days are numbered but some of them are too stupid or too arrogant to know it.
Speaking of Vernon Jones and arrogant morons, I am hearing some disturbing news from South Precinct. I hear that the intellectual giant, Major Curtis Williams, became angry and he is now forcing his police officers to PICK UP TRASH as punishment. Can someone verify this story please????????????

Yes the Major Williams trash duty is true, if you get caught leaving trash around he will make you go pick up the whole parking lot. Get those bags ready boys and girls!
If you are caught throwing trash on the ground, you should be required to pick up trash.
You should also be suspended.
Why does Bolton get an 11% raise? If by some strange reason any patrolman gets straight 5's, the max he could get is a 3% raise.
Yea I'm with whoever on that one. Don't throw trash on the ground ya frickin perp!!!
The place is already a dump. The parking lot looks much better than it did. There are some nasty officers in this department. Makes you wonder what their homes look like.
While you're at it, CLEAN OUT THE UNIT AFTER YOUR SHIFT!
I'm tired of cleaning up after you high badge number good for nothings that think you've been here for more than a second.
Pick up your stuff and..... for God's sake, the windshield is not a spray recepticle for your soft drink spray!
Yes you officers are nasty ass'es. I would hate to see your house, heck I drove a unit one day that someone had wiped there nose on the headliner.
Hell at North Pct you have to stradle the toilets just so you wont stand in urine. Now someone please tell me how you cant hit a hole that is 12 inchs in diameter.
It would be nice to have a cleaning crew on a nightly basis, and not bi-weekly. And when they are there they mop the bathroom with urine water and never change it, so now we have instead of 4 spots infront of the toilets, to a entire floor that is urine soaked.
The smell is quite nice I must say.
Perhaps since we cant get raises this year they can hire a cleaning crew thats atleast professional looking and dont come in looking like perps from South Dekalb, who is walking around officers information.

You don't have to worry about cleaning crews that look like S. Dekalb Perps.....we hired them as officers during the hiring blitz. Instead of mops, we gave them badges and guns.
They were in the class throwing gang signs at the graduation.
