Wanna bet on how long it is before his attorney files a motion for another bond? The sad part it, instead of laughing him out of court, the Judge will probably consider it. That's DeKalb for you!

If he's guilty, he should fry! She was a person who made an impression from the get go.

Arrest his family for aiding and abetting.

OT and I will quit for the night! I would like to thank all DeKalb employee's who have helped out in the last week of flooding. Every employee was cheerful and helpful except for one employee (Attitude problem) who would not notify his supervisor that we needed help with a clogged drain at the Maloof Annex. Even then we got a supervisor on the scene within 5 minutes and he immediately brought in R&D and W&S into the issue and W&S cleared it.
The damage had all-ready been done the night before with the initial deluge. The clogged drain
flooded the BOC auditorium (hence the change to Decatur city hall for county meetings) and more importantly the water bill payment section. Luckily the flooding was only minor in the water call center and they remained operational.
This minor disaster spawned by the flooding is because a department charged with maintaining county facilities failed to keep a drain unclogged. The same department cannot even design, build and maintain their own headquarters, they were flooded out too.
To the 99.9 percent employees employees I worked with, Thanks!

Yancy was a one of my many friends and acquaintances throughout DeKalb. I am glad they caught him. He played the legal political system in DeKalb perfectly. I doubt a grand jury would investigate the circumstances of his escape after being granted home arrest by Judge Workman a thoroughly unpleasant person to work with. No details of a grand jury on the Yancey fiasco have been recorded as of today.
There are basic legal ethical issues involved in this case that demand investigation.
DA Keyes, you have a new unit charged with investigating this kind of activity. What are these interns doing anyway? They looked busy as hell when I last saw them.

Yancey should get absolutely NO BOND this time. Hell, he shouldnt had the bond in the first place. What if we gave bond to the accused killer of Bryant and Barker, everyone in this blog would be on their period over that. He needs to sit in a jail other than Dekalb due to conflicts of interest. I would recommend Gwinnett or Rockdale. It's obvious that DKSO cannot handle this situation seriously. I would even recommend this case by handled by an outsider.

When is Yancey due back in town? Will Fox 5 or Channel 2 be there to film his arrival?

I'll think fondly of Bolton's arrival when I watch it.

Umm Lo Flyer..I like you, but please, no more long rambling posts about clogged drains at the Maloof building..sorry dude, but this site is for interesting stuff..thanks..

Maybe someone could ask Yancey's attorney, Keith Adams, why so many of his clients fail to show up for court and skip bail?? Yancey isn't the first. I doubt he'll be the last! Didn't he used to be a DeKalb DA??

Wonder if it was then DA Adams who chose to offer a plea to Ronald Clemons, murderer of 3....
