Maybe if we had more ICP, TAC units for tickets and additional 10% pay reductions, this kind of thing wouldn't happen.

Wow, you mean our DA's office is going for more than probation against this guy?? Wow!!!

It pisses me off that these low life defense attorneys are allowed to lie in front of the court without repercussions.

"Oh, he couldn't come up with $250." Really?? He had 5 kilos of cocaine in his car!!! Isn't that at least $100,000 of drugs?? It's really sad our pathetic judges and worthless DA's let these defense attorneys get away with this stuff.

The DA's office gets bashed all the time but I like to thank them this time for going after this guy and to the GBI who is probable the reason this guy is getting sent up the river

What sad is the GBI agent who did the undercover was able to sneak a recorder and video into the jail. He also got a warning ticket and berated by one of our tac guys for speeding, after displaying his credentials....Nice huh

That "low-life" attorney is probably a public defender. She probably thinks he's as much of a sh*tbag as we do, but he gets representation. It's a crap job, but somebody has to do it.
