Defense Rest In Vernon Jones Trial

The plaintiff's filed a motion today accusing the county of a long list of improper and illegal activity including "eliciting false testimony," engaging in conduct described as "abuse of the judicial process" and "(thwarting) the orderly administration of justice."

Ya think?

I wonder if CEO Ellis is part of this cover up in the Vernon Jones trial? He is in charge and the county still keeps secrets from the courts.

Wonder if he will investigate to find out who was involved in the cover up?

Nothing has change, only the names.

Aren't these attorneys current DeKalb employees? Aren't some of these witnesses accused of wrong doing current DeKalb employees??

As Ethel and I sat on the porcilin throne this morning I couldnt help but wonder about Ol Vernon and his cronies.
It was somewhat cool with a fowl stinch in the air. This is when I began to think of Ol Tebo as well.
There is somthing to be said about Da Ja Voo. Certain things, places, or even smells can bring back such awful memories of the past.
Now how is it I wonder that a good colon cleansing can bring about such negative emotions relating to such negative people.
Im guessing its just natural, just like taking a big ol crap.
Ethel once told me that when somthing stinks you should run like hell, that no good was going to come from it.
So I heed her advice from time to time and run like Forest Gump himself.
So if anyone was wondering why no raises will be forthcoming, im guessing Decatur has been saving for the raining day that is about to let loose holy hell on us.
Im wondering just how big of a payout will be awarded?, will they dip into the pension somehow fund it.
Now then I think it's high time I go and wipe my sphincter, im getting a chapped ass.

Only one of the defendants in the racism trial is still with the county, Morris Williams. After being a bag man for racist Vernon he somehow became Chief of staff for the Board of Commissioners.
Go figure!

I work for DeKalb County and can assure you CEO Ellis is just as corrupt, or even more so if that is possible, than CEO Jones was.

I personally brought to the attention of several Director level people legal documentation of fraud in the form of executed County contracts that were not being followed by the hired consultants. This fraud began in 2006 under CEO Jones.

Despite the clear evidence of millions of dollars (I am not exaggerating) being spent for services not received, the Ellis people told me the same thing Vernon's did three years ago- If you like your job, keep quiet and let us worry about that. Of course nothing was ever done by Vernon or Ellis.

I know it is terrible for me to keep quiet about it, but I have no idea who to trust that could help get this out in the open. Several of my co-workers are also aware of this massive fraud, but they are freaked out even more than me to discuss it.

The question is who can be trusted at DeKalb County? I really wish I knew.

Sorry, I know this is not really the topic here, but this is eating away at me....

To Anon # 7.
Have you ever heard of GBI? How about calling them for starters? speak with Vernon Kennon...he will get you on the right track.

Anon7, I think Anon8 has the right idea, I no longer trust our elected officials, the DA is normally the one to report this allegation to. Unfortunately the DeKalb DA is fixated on easy targets at the school system and seems incapable of investigating obvious misconduct within the county government.
You might want to read up on the federal whistle blowers act that supposedly protects folks like you.
Keep the faith, and keep your head down. Best of luck, mate!
