Thank you for being here.
You've hit the million mark because you give a voice to the rank and file. This is a place where officers can express their concerns without fear of our Kool-Aide drinking command staff and politicians. They've lost touch with reality and have become focused on protecting their titles and perks!
I am very happy for you. Great job guys. You achieve a goal like this by touching a nerve, serving a need, allowing unfettered opinions, giving a voice to those who may have no other reasonable option. You've got guts. Saying what you sometimes do isn't necessarily a way to win a popularity contest, but God help us if someone isn't willing to step up and call it. You're a hero in MY book.
This blog is the best thing that ever happened for the employees but it is the result of management that has historically not given the rank and file any credit for having any sence at all and the good 'ole boy system which was and still is a reality of DKPD.
