Oh yea baby we got a hot one now. Lets see if they turn up the heat on the Golden Boy (Conroy) now. He likes to brag about what an outstanding job he has done with the 911 system when he doesn't know shit about anything. That punk ass Nick M. Shawn F. and Eric W. should all be investigated. They led the BOC to believe this system was second to none (but its easy to lead the blind around). Rather than spend the money to hire a professional to do the job Dekalb just pulls a couple of mediocre cop to screw everything up. Hell they might as well have put Kaulbach in charge.
The AJC story is an embarrassment to DeKalb County. What is it with this Sheila Edwards woman anyway? Is she dating the CEO? I am very serious because I can’t not figure out any other reason why he would keep such an incompetent idiot employed. He knows that everyone around the county government thinks she is a rude witch. He has to know how stupid she is, but yet she is still here. What possible benefit is she to DeKalb County?
And to the matter of this specific story, why is Shelia Edwards even talking about the 911 center? Clearly she knows nothing about it. And even if she did, she is too stupid to explain it. Why not just refer the media to the Department of Public Safety and be done with it? Instead she has to act like she is the official spokesperson for everything in DeKalb and embarrass us once again.
Just What the Hell is a Queue? I’ll tell you what it is, it is just another word for calling 911 and being PUT ON HOLD! If it happened it happened. It happens in other 911 centers also but don’t try to play the public for fools by giving them nonsense about a Queue.
A queue is the s-thing at Six Flags that you walk through and around and around WAITING ON HOLD for your turn at the ride...just like calling 911. You are PUT ON HOLD until your turn comes up.
The Dekalb County 911 system has been made out of a joke with the unsafe CAD system. 3 years into the Cad and it's still broke!!! Don't blame Kaulbach for this County's shortfall. Point the finger at the right people.
even if the caller was put on hold..nineteen other people called about the same fire...help was sent in a timely manner...now for the cad system..because this cad system does cause delays...everyone knows it but there's nothing we can do.we complain about the streets not being entered right and the zones messed up.the problem is reported and reported and reported...kinda like those plexiglass windows in the police cars I guess..its reported and a safety issue. but yet nothing is done

Who do you think your audience is when say such ridiculous and awkward things? Really, DeKalb why is she on payroll? I think one needs to investigate if she is a family member or someone's long shark. She acts like Suge Knight. Yeah, Sheila Suge Knight.
The CEO didnt even bother to publicly address Sheila Edwards' behavior several weeks go. He just hopes it goes away. Anyone else would have been fired!! I will never vote for him again.
