Keisha's attorney chose not to mention Keisha was put over ICP by TeBo and given command over sworn officers.
It would be very entertaining to watch Keisha get cross examined about La Feista and how TeBo covered that up for her.
Executive Order of no promotions, demotions, transfers etc....without notification of the employee prior to the action...
I thought that executive order was that they couldn't do anything without first securing the stamp of approval from the executive office.
Why in heck would Ellis require that you give prior notification to the employee?
Is this attorney related somehow to Bolton's attorney?
Since when does a Dr's note automatically put you on FMLA?? I've been through that process and trust me, A Dr's note doesn't get it. This crackpot thinks that a headache entitles her to her job.....hmmm, wonder why she hasn't been rehired!

Having a note from your doctor doesn't give you immunity from being fired. Being in a position you aren't qualified for and being totally useless aren't medical conditions.

Headache and nausea, it's like dealing with undisciplined children. This is what you give the taxpayers of Dekalb and the new CEO seems just as enept as the last.
anyone want to meet for a Margarita....or 2 or 3, or 4? we then can call our friends when the media goes 10-7 to pick us up, instead of operating a county vehicle while intoxicated.
