Owner of Conoco Truck Stop, 3000 Moreland Ave Indicted Along With Don Frank

Amin Budhwani was indicted and arrested for two counts of Bribery back in March. Budhwani was detained without bond pending trial because the court ruled there is a serious risk that he will not appear for court.

According to court records, Budhwani is in the United States illegally. A superseding indictment was returned last week which added Don Frank as a defendant to two counts of Bribery.

Budhwani is the CEO of Trend Stitchers International which apparently owns the Conoco Truck Stop at 3000 Moreland Avenue.

Several civil suits have been filed in DeKalb County against Budhwani and his company. Most of the plaintiff's are banks.

Not much difference between Don Frank and the Chiefs we have in place now. They are all incompetent. An officer, who was on today's blue order going to CID, was recently suspended for Neglect of Duty. He impounded an off duty officer's car off of private property because it was parked near a 'no parking' sign. His reward for his incompetence - a nice spot in CID. Thanks chiefs for rewarding good behavior. Why do we even have a transfer questionnaire?

People are chosen before they submit the transfer request.

Always has been and always will be the same.

Sounds like someone is mad they didn't get picked for CID. Pass the test and one day you maybe a detective until then keeping failing the CID test and being angry because you aren't smart enough to pass the simple CID test, loser. LOL.

Here's one for ya Ron B - there IS NO CURE FOR NARCISSISM - so stop embarrassing yourself, as you are making your personality disorder painfully, blatantly obvious. You have nothing to contribute to this or any of the other blogs I've seen you on, so just go away. Find another way to entertain yourself, because right now, the only person you're entertaining is yourself.
If you continue, then perhaps you're also bipolar, in addition to being narcissistic, in which case I will continue to remind people that the best way to deal with people like you is to ignore them completely. Thank you.

I thought arrogance and elitism was the sole property of the White Shirts, ICP, NET and units like Special Ops and the Park Police. Guess I was mistaken.

Oh great and noble Detective, will thou grant us the overwhelming joy of your presence?

Please come down from on high...... , from your 3rd floor perch? We are but ordinary peons that would benefit from your knowledge and excellence!

You arrogant SOB....you give our department a black eye.

So let me get this straight. According to the posters of this blog; all the chiefs are incompetent, all supervisors are lazy especially the sergeants and lieutenants, detectives don't deserve their positions, and lastly all officers are stupid and/or crooks.

LOL and we wonder why so many citizens have such disdain for members of our profession. We don't even support each other. It would be funny if it wasn't so disgusting.

I agree! Our CID selection process is a joke. No personal knock on the officer. He may actually turn out to be a good detective. That's not the point. The point is he surely cant be the most qualified or deserving if he doesnt know something as basic as when you can or cant impound a car.

People who don't get Ron should really take the time to get to know him.

A simple google search will do.
