No kidding. He looks like a creepy perp. Wonder if Pam made him take a shower first....
The plaintiff wanted a initial settlement of $2.9 million. Today, the judgement was for $40,000 split amongst 4 defendants including Kid Rock. His cost of that shared judgement...$6,000. Good thing they went to trial.

The 6,000 was for doctors bills...etc. This was a punitive damages case. Now that the plaintiff has won...there will be another trial where the plaintiff gets to bring in prior acts...further evidence etc. During that trial is when the big money comes. The first trial was to determine whether or not he was guilty of the claim. Now will come the one to "deter" him from similar behavior in the future.
I don't think there;s going to be another case. If this case was just for Doctor's bills, why was the Plaintiff asking for $6 million?
I read they WERE asking for punitive damages, but that the jury did not award any.
