Did everyone notice how the Sex Crimes Lieutenant was replaced without a notice of the position being open?
It seems we are reverting back to Tebo type of transfers.

Shouldn't have to post for Lieutenants position anyway. Never used to, that's only a recent thing.
It doesn't matter if they post it or not. They will STILL put the least qualified person in place because of who they know.
The point is, they have been now all of a sudden they don't. Doesn't matter anyway the interview process is B.S., they all ready know who the want before you walk in the door.
To all you whiners on the blog. Work hard and you might be on that list one day.
