He's trying to protect his citizens from the other councilpeople, and the Police Chief. They were offered the world for next to nothing, now they are going to pay for piss-poor service. Already started and they have not even switched yet. Take a look at the brookhaven fire about 2 weeks ago....10 min delay out of ChattCom.....sorry.

2:41 - it was a TWO minute delay, it took FD 12 minutes to get there.

At least with ChattComm, you don't have to ask the dispatcher 3 times to repeat what she said (WTF did she say?)!
