40% of the investmnents are not doing well? We sure pay a lot out to these experts for that figure.
No mention of a Cost of livig increase for retirees either.
Paying big fees for not so big returns.
Are we contributing to this thing to support the investment advisors?
Someone needs to review the returns we get.
