Really, almost 24 hours and no posting on this blog about a Captain with stolen property at her residents. It goes to show how one sided this blog is. I was just waiting to see. No video clips or nothing. Blog master you are no different than the liberal media.

Anonymous said...

Wow! No blog post about a captain on the news... You guys are really selective about what you post here. >_<

Anonymous said...

Because the Captain is one of the most honest people anyone has ever known and anyone that knows her, knows this is just media hype, trying to keep DKPD in the spotlight.

Oh shut up you want a post about the Captain, well here it is "Post about the CAPTAIN"
So now you cant call the blog master selective I bet this gets posted.

What's the deal with Kaulbach? Was her partner's son stealing all of this stuff or what? Did she not notice the accumulation of stuff at her house?

Anonymous said...

I don't have a tv. What's all this about a captain w stolen property? Anyone care to share? I would goofle it myself but if I type "dekalb", "stolen", "captain", or "corrupt" in any sequence, I'll have about 6 hrs of related material before finding the story being talked about on here......

Anonymous said...

Did anyone bother to listen to the news about Capt. Kaulbach? Clayton County PD said that they were NOT investigating her. Did any potential Mensa applicants bother to read the part where the news chick says she isn't accused of stealing anything? Guess not.

Anonymous said...

I would like to know more. How the hell do you not notice extra ATVs and boats at your house. My BS detector is starting to go off.

Anonymous said...

No one said she was a thief. If it makes the news then they usually report it. She is a good cop no doubt. I am saying lets be fair.

Anonymous said...

You are just dead wrong. Clayton Co. P.D. did not release a statement on the issue at all. So obviously you are basing your opinion on what the, “news chick” said. Whatever the, “news chick” says must be 100% correct, right?

Anonymous said...

DKPD did talk to the media and all they said was that the Capt. was not under investigation by I.A. at this time. They said they would wait for the Clayton Co. P.D. CRIMINAL investigation to play out before they conduct an administrative investigation. If you knew anything about these matters you would know that it must be done this way.

Taking all of the rhetoric out of the story for a second and just looking at the matter in a practical light, I do not see how it is possible to have that much stolen merchandise at your home and claim ignorance.

I also strongly believe that if this same story was involving a black male MPO, the blog would post a thread calling for his firing. There would be many posts calling the MPO a thug and an embarrassment to the department. But since we are dealing with a white female Capt. the response is vastly different. Simply put, she gets a pass by many people because of her skin color. Now I think that is embarrassing.

Of course there are many black folks who do the same thing. Some black folks just can not bring themselves to say another black person did anything wrong regardless of the overwhelming evidence in many cases.

No doubt there are many dumb asses (like Adkison) that need to be fired or put in jail. I have no problem calling these idiots what they are when they embarrass the department. All I am saying is that when you are calling dumbasses what they are don’t stop when the dumbass’s skin color looks like yours.

So tell me why I am wrong.

Maybe it's about character and not race. Very little is known about the captain's case, but people who know her know what kind of character she has. Maybe they are waiting for more details before they crucify someone who has had outstanding character over the years. In Adkinson's case, it looks really bad on the surface, plus everyone knows his character has been lacking for years, as many people have pointed out.

Anonymous said...

Anon 12:20 that is well said. You see we have double standards around this place. Let's not act so fast on this case but rush on the others. Yes Atkinson is an idiot and should be dealt with just like anyone that brings negative attention to the department. I bet if you found pot growing in her yard, some of these idiots would still be defending her.

Anonymous said...

The question here is how do stolen vehicles turn up in one's house and one knows nothing of it? It'll be interesting to see how this plays out....oh and could the news have picked a worse vocal distortion for the guy who wanted to remain anonymous?

PatsQB said...

You're wrong because it has nothing to do with race. It has to do with people's high level of respect for her.

And a privilege to take home car so you guys have no idea and no business being a special operations

Well unlike Sgt Adkison who just so happens to be a balck man by way of his parents, and who "is" actively being investigated by the District Attorneys office, (run on sentence I know).

Now' Unlike Capt. Kaulbach who just so happens to be a white female by way of her parents, is "not" currently being investigated by Clayton Countys own words.

The color of your skin has nothing to do with what is posted here, it is merely the truth of the current state of affairs.

You are born whatever pigmentation your are by way of god, it's what you do as an individule that makes you good or evil.

So as usual the media has skewed the story to get your attention, it's sensationalism at it's best. Designed to produce a startling or thrilling impression. It's called ratings folks.

Should the good Captain be found guilty of any crime, then I will post my true identity, but im guessing that will not happen, so good luck with that.

So with that lesson in mind I hope I have pleased you worthless maggots, now as usual I must go and drop trow while I make my morning deposit!

Anonymous said...

Hell yeah if she was black they would have been blasting her...
I dont think Adkinson or Kualbach were hired under Tebo either...

Anonymous said...

If she was black whah whah whah whah!

Can someone tell us when there was "rush to judgment" against a black male or female on here that turned out to be wrong? When was a black male or female wrongly targeted on the blog? Who were these people that were eventually exonerated?

Anonymous said...

Captain Kaulbach is an outstanding person, police officer and leader. It's sad there is so much bigotry being shown towards her. (Please note I didn't use the work "racist" because I know the true meaning of the word). Some of you don't have the slightest inkling what you are talking about.

You are not a witness and you are not privy to the investigation. You are going to rely on a few statements that are nothing more then gossip from neighbors?

Are we now holding police officers responsible for the actions of their family? Maybe the blog master can start posting the background of police officer's family so we can ridicule and convict them in public.

No, I wasn't there either. But I know the character of Suzanne. If only this department would hire people with half the character and intellect that she has.

She will be exonerated.

As for Adkinson not being hired by Tebo? Absolutely correct. But it still remains sad that some people are born lacking a chromosome or two.

Hang in there Captain, don't let the uneducated fools who simply vote in elections based on skin color alone get you down.

Rock on O.B.!

How about this people

Its not what it is, its what it looks like

It don't look good. Most of us have gone to calls at locations with stolen property, property that any reasonable person living there would and should know is stolen.A Police Officer, Captain at that,is expected and should definitely know.

Think about it along those lines and those lines only. Let due process prevail as in all cases without all this other nonsense (race, gender, etc etc) and let the scales of justice tip where they may.

Think about it

Anonymous said...

Agree with Anon 12:20.

Anonymous said...

If you think the blog is biased, then don't log on and read it.
I can understand if your black and think the blog is one sided. But,since most of those that have been in trouble in the last year, with being on the news and being prosecuted, are black, it would appear that your sensitivity is pointed in the wrong direction.
If the captain did something wrong, she won't get a pass. The only one that got a pass so far is the one associated with WEED 2012.

I worked with that crazy Kaulbach (I'm retired). I cannot imagine her stealing anything from anyone...much less be a party to stealing a bunch of USED outdoor man-toys (she liked new and shiny). She's as crazy as an out-house rat...but, a good person with a good heart. Don't be so quick to judge. She and her partner may not have been at that house for awhile...and, someone took advantage of the situation. I hope when it's all resolved, we will hear about it...so she doesn't have to live under this cloud. Have a little faith...

Anonymous said...

It's been two days since it was brought up, but not one person has been able to cite one example of the blog being biased against black employees. So much for the "if she was black" complaints from the crybabies.

Anonymous said...

Looks like we have a lot of complainers who can't back up their bullshit with any facts! "If she was black this! If she was black that!" Yet not one person can come on here and show where someone black was prejudged and treated unfairly. If you're going to make a claim like that, make sure you can back it up with some facts! You can't claim there is a pattern of behavior here when you can't even show one instance of it happening!

Anonymous said...

That kid should have been storing that stuff on the back lot of headquarters, being that it's the "neutral zone", he would have gotten a pass.

Anonymous said...

Anon 10:34

You missed most of the point. The complaint that many have and some have posted is that when there is a negative incident involving a black DKPD officer you will quickly see stories and posts on this web site calling for them to be fired, arrested or otherwise dealt with. This is fine with me as many of them are idiots who should be fired. Believe me I am not taking up for Adkinson or officers like him. I am tired of the embarrassment and lack of discipline in this department just like many others. So no one is suggesting that there should never be a negative story about a black officer. If they screw up, call their ass out on it.

However, I do not see the same response when a white officer is involved in some type of scandal. The most recent and glaring is the story about Kaulbach which obviously started this debate. All we got was, “Clayton County Investigation” after people complained that there was nothing even mentioned about the incident. Normally we would have a headline calling for arrests or firings. There would be comments about how embarrassing this is and how it must be a Bolton hire. But here we have a white police captain with stolen items all over her property and what do we get? A bunch of excuses and responses such as this; “Are we responsible for our family members now?” “This is just media hype.” “It is sad that there is so much bigotry being shown toward her.” “Don’t be so quick to judge” “someone took advantage of the situation” “She will be exonerated” Now if you can’t see that Kaulbach is getting a pass and someone else would not then you are just blind and do not want to see.

Now regarding the, “Weed Incident” that you guys have spent so much time on, I have yet to see one photo of a single bit of weed. I have heard people talk about the smell of weed but so far, no weed. I have heard the story told many times and everybody tells the story differently. But no one has ever told the story and the story included that something illegal was actually found. I just keep hearing about the smell of something illegal. Now regarding the Kaulbach incident there was not just the smell of something stolen on her property, there was ACTUAL STOLEN PROPERTY found. There were actual photos of stolen items at her house.

I am not taking up for the people involved in the, “Weed Incident” as I really don’t know what happened for sure and I don’t know if someone did something wrong. I do know that a lot of people on this blog have called for resignations, firings and arrests over this incident. So what about the, “Kaulbach Stolen Items Incident”????? Welllllllllll….not so much. Do you see the difference Anon 10:34? I sure as hell do!

Anonymous said...

Let me explain the weed incident one more time. There was no weed found in the car. That has never been the issue. The issue was that when several people and a K-9 detected odor in the vehicle. Doesn't mean it wasn't there, BUT the issue is that all of the officer's involved were then investigated by Holmes and Miller. The K-9 had to recertify before working again. Phone records and training histories were pulled for the officers involves. That is the issue. If it were any police officer, they would have been sent for a drug test. Well Holmes doesn't play by those rules and Lattrice walked away while every officer had their careers scrutinized. Again, that is the issue. If you were one of the officers investigated for doing your job, I'm sure you'd feel differently about the situation.

Anonymous said...

10:54, instead of just saying it happens to black employees on this blog, give us some examples. When did people call for a firing if a black employee that was unjustified? When was a black employee wrongfully targeted? You might say people rushed to judgment against black employees, but maybe those posts just came from people who knew more about it than you and other people. That's not a rush to judgment.

Anonymous said...

Anon 10:54 that was well said. Its so sad that we have so many like Anon 10:34, just to name a few that lack logic. Its about being fair. Its so obvious some people feel they are more superior then others. I truly hope people like Anon 10:34 reread Anon's 10:54's post and take something good from it.

Anonymous said...

Lacking logic? Seriously? If you're going to say she would be treated differently if she was a black employee because blacks are treated unfairly by this blog, then you should be able to show us when that has happened before on the blog, but no one has done that! You have no basis for your claims. In other words, you're full of crap! Don't make claims you can't back up! Put up or shut up!

Your right, there is a difference between 90 percent of the negative department reflections, and Capt K. The difference is during the last 20 or so years the "white captain" earned her rank, and never played the race card. She has no criminal history, no shady past, she arrives at work on time, and treats people fair and equally.

Your right Sgt. Atkinson got blasted on this blog. There are so many times he should have been fired and so many times he has shown his ass.

Lt. Occutard teamed up with criminals to help him not have any consequences for not paying his bills.

Several who have been mentioned on here were blasted because they have shown a trend over the years for escaping firing. Oh wait, we must all be picking on them because they are black right? Stop making race such an issue. If you want to make race a number one priority then black officers should kick these dudes ass for embarrassing their race. Then all of DKPD should kick their ass for making such poor decisions over and over again.

Anon 12:16
How can someone read what I wrote and then say I am taking up for Adkinson or believe he was called out unfairly on this blog? I recopied the words I wrote below so you can read it again. How can any English speaking adult read that paragraph and then write what you wrote?

”This is fine with me as many of them are idiots who should be fired. Believe me I am not taking up for Adkinson or officers like him. I am tired of the embarrassment and lack of discipline in this department just like many others. So no one is suggesting that there should never be a negative story about a black officer. If they screw up, call their ass out on it.”

And Kaulbach may not play the race card but she has sure played the gay card on many occasions. I fail to see a big difference. I’m sure you do thou.

Anon 10:03
I really don’t know any other way to say it. I am not upset overall that certain black officers have been called out on this blog. Many of them deserved it and I really don’t give a shit. I do think there have been a few posts that went too far and had the facts screwed up but that is not the point I was making. THE POINT IS….read this carefully…..when white officers screw up or get in trouble within the DKPD, the blog and the posters largely ignore it. They get a pass and black officers do not. It is simply a double standard.

You asked for just ONE Example and I gave you one. The story on Kaulbach seems very bad to me but she has not been called out on this blog like many others have. In fact many have defended her and basically said there is no way she did anything wrong. She has been placed on restricted duty pending investigation. I believe she is in serious trouble but it seems that many white officers just can not bring themselves to see the obvious.

By the way, I am not pissed at you dudes for disagreeing with me. Debate is healthy. Shouldn’t that be one of the reasons for having such a blog?

Anonymous said...

If you're saying Kaulbach is getting a pass on the blog because she's white, you can't use her as your only example to show white officers always get a pass on the blog. Lots of white people in the department who have never been arrested or charged with a crime are frequently bashed on the blog: Higdon, Yarborough, White, just to name a few. Did you see how that worked? I made a statement, then backed it up with facts. There are actual posts on the blog bashing those three white supervisors. So you can't really say white people get a pass, can you?

Anonymous said...

A old man told me once you can't argue with a fool. Anon 10:54 you CAN NOT ARGUE WITH THESE FOOLS. Its obvious they don't understand logic and they hate facts.

Anonymous said...

More talk of these nonexistant facts about black employees being treated unfairly. You can't come up with one example of it happening, but claim it is a regular occurrence. This is really sad coming from people who are supposed to be able to list the elements of a crime in police reports when they take charges out on people. No wonder so many cases get dropped by the DA's office. You idiots can't back up your accusations!

Anonymous said...

Ok, so uniform got these new audio/video recorders. How long before an officer gets suspended or fired for female interaction at work? By that I mean, "hey boo, the reason I pulled you over is because you dont have a tag light" Im sorry officer, can I get a break? I have 11 kids and my welfare check comes in next week, I have nice 24 inch rims though.

So whats your number? I can make this ticket a warning!

Everyone knows this is going to happen. My guess it will be the officer with 3 cell phones and wears baggy pants. Stay Tuned.

In my opinion, Kaulbach is a psyco. I'm speaking ffom personal experience. How could she not notice the atv's and other things around her house. The person that (is suspected of)obtaining the property has a history of stealing and burglarizing, so, she should have stepped up on her own instead of turning a blind eye. smdh.
